If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange in the original packaging. Refunds are for new items only, and must be returned before 30 days of the purchase date with the original packaging. New items without packaging can be returned in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. There are no refunds on pre-owned or "As is" products. Exchanges and credits on pre-owned and "As is" products are evaluated on a per sale basis and can be denied for any reason. The original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
